Summer - Flamenco Workout with John Jaramillo - "Juanillo"
This workout for all levels of dancers will build strength and endurance from head to toe. You'll work on getting a strong core and the footwork drills will add precision and power to your dance! Get ready, once we start you don't stop moving until we're done! John "Juanillo" is a professional Flamenco dancer since 1986 and has performed nationally and internationally. He has danced with Maria Benitez Teatro Flamenco/Segundo Compania, Ritmo Flamenco - Flamenco Festival ABQ, Dance Espana, the Dallas Opera & others.
